CheQ AU Credit Card Rewards Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are with respect to the Co-Branded Credit Card (“Credit Card”) offered by CheQ Digital Private Limited (“CheQ”), which is a strategic collaboration between AU Small Finance Bank (“Bank”) and CheQ, accessible through CheQ’s website www.cheq.one and its mobile application “CheQ”. The person who registers for, accesses, or uses the Credit Card through the CheQ platform is referred to herein as (“User, You, Your”).
The Credit Card is designed to offer a seamless, digitally integrated credit card experience to customers. This Credit Card shall be managed by the Bank, and as a regulated financial institution, it shall issue and manage the credit card, including underwriting, billing, and compliance functions. While CheQ shall provide a technology-driven platform enabling enhanced customer engagement, rewards, and payment experiences. The Credit Card is embedded within CheQ’s technology infrastructure to deliver a frictionless and intuitive user journey. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, along with the Bank's Most Important Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “MITC”), Schedule of Charges/Key Fact Statement (hereinafter referred to as “KFS”), and Card Member Agreement, before registering, accessing, or using the Credit Card offered through the website or mobile application of CheQ. These terms and conditions are a legal contract ("CheQ AU Credit Card Rewards Terms & Conditions") between the User and CheQ. User agrees and acknowledges that the User has read the terms and conditions set forth below.
ELIGIBILITY
In order to apply and avail the Credit Card, an applicant must satisfy the eligibility requirements set out herein.
Capacity to Contract:
The applicant must be a natural person who is competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, i.e., must be at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, and not disqualified from contracting by any law in force in India. By applying for the Card through the CheQ platform, the applicant represents and warrants that they possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The eligibility criterion to apply for the card is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Please refer to the eligibility criterion set by the Bank before applying for the Card.
Intention to Create Legal Relations:
By applying for and using the Credit Card, the applicant expressly acknowledges and agrees that the transaction constitutes a legally binding arrangement, enforceable under applicable laws, and is entered into with the intention to create legal relations.
No misrepresentation or Fraud:
The applicant shall not furnish false, misleading, or incomplete information. Any misrepresentation or fraud, as contemplated under Sections 17 and 18 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, shall render the contract voidable and may lead to rejection, cancellation, or appropriate legal action.
Residency and KYC Compliance:
The applicant must be a resident of India and must successfully complete all Know Your Customer (“KYC”) requirements as prescribed by the Bank and applicable regulatory authorities. CheQ shall facilitate the onboarding of all such applicants willing to opt for the Credit Card. However, final verification and approval shall be subject to the Bank’s policies.Creditworthiness:
The applicant must meet the credit eligibility criteria determined by the Bank, including but not limited to credit score, repayment history, income profile, existing financial obligations, and any other condition that the Bank may deem fit to assess such applicant. CheQ does not undertake any credit assessment and shall not be responsible for the approval or rejection of Your application.Valid Acceptance of Terms:
The applicant must provide free, informed, and unconditional consent to the terms and conditions governing the Credit Card, including the MITC, by way of explicit acceptance through digital or other legally recognized means. Any application made without free consent, as contemplated under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, shall be deemed invalid.Use of CHEQ Platform:
The applicant shall be a registered User of the CheQ platform and shall agree to comply with CheQ’s Terms and Conditions, privacy policy, and other guidelines. Continued access to the benefits of the Credit Card may be subject to active usage of the CheQ platform.Compliance with Applicable Laws:
The applicant must not be engaged in any activity prohibited under applicable laws, including but not limited to financial regulations, anti-money laundering (“AML”) laws, and foreign exchange laws. If found, it may result in rejection, suspension, or termination of the Credit Card.
CheQ reserves the right to restrict access to its platform-based features in case of non-compliance with the above conditions. However, all decisions relating to the issuance of the Credit Card and extension of credit facilities shall remain solely with the Bank.
VALUE PROPOSITION & BENEFITS
The Credit Card offers the following benefits to eligible Users, subject to the terms herein and the Bank's MITC, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict on credit or banking matters.
Dual Network Cards
The Credit Card shall be issued as a dual network card, comprising Visa and RuPay Network. Both cards shall be linked to the same credit account and credit limit. Rewards earn rates, and benefits may vary based on the network used for a transaction, as specified in the reward earn rate structure below. Users are advised to refer to the CheQ platform for network-specific eligibility applicable to each earn rate category.Domestic and International Usage
The Credit Card may be used for both domestic and international transactions at merchant establishments and payment channels that accept Visa or RuPay, as applicable to the Card variant issued to the User. Foreign exchange markup charges shall be applicable on international transactions, as specified in the MITC.CheQ Rewards
Users shall be entitled to earn rewards, “CheQ Points” on all Your spends made through the Credit Card, at such rates and on such categories as may be determined and published by CheQ on its platform from time to time. CheQ Points shall be subject to monthly accrual caps, minimum transaction thresholds, and category-level eligibility criteria, details of which shall be made available on the CheQ platform. CheQ Points accrued shall be redeemable solely through the CheQ platform at such conversion rates and for such redemption categories as may be specified by CheQ from time to time. CheQ reserves the right to amend, cancel, or upgrade the terms of issuance and redemption of CheQ Points at any time by giving reasonable intimation to the Card Users.
Reward Earn Rates
CheQ Points are offered at earn rates of 12%, 5%, 2.5%, or 1% across various categories and merchants, as updated on the CheQ platform from time to time.Reward Accrual Mechanics
CheQ Points shall be accrued only on transactions of ₹200 or more.
CheQ Points shall be calculated on every ₹200 spent. For example, a spend of ₹270 at the 1% earn rate (i.e., 2 CheQ Points per ₹200) shall accrue 1 CheQ Point.
Illustration:

Users may earn a combined maximum of 12,000 CheQ Points per statement cycle on the 12% and 5% earn rate categories taken together. Upon reaching this monthly cap, Users shall continue to earn CheQ Points at the rate of 2.5% (CheQ UPI) or 1% on all eligible spends with no monthly cap.
Merchant category-level eligibility shall be determined based on Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) as designated by the Bank from time to time. Any changes to the Merchant Categories or MCC list shall be notified to You with Prior Notice of not less than 30 (thirty) days.
Redemption of CheQ Points
CheQ Points may be redeemed through the CheQ platform across the following categories, subject to the applicable conversion rates:Flights and Hotels (via CheQ Travel): 2 CheQ Points = ₹1;
Top Brand Gift Cards: 2 CheQ Points = ₹1; and
Bill Payments: 4 CheQ Points = ₹1.
CheQ Points earned on the Credit Card cannot be converted to cash, redeemed as cashback, or transferred to any bank account, and hold value solely for redemption through the CheQ platform. CheQ Points are personal to the User and cannot be transferred, assigned, or gifted to any other person or account. CheQ Points shall be issued upon generation of the User's monthly statement and shall remain valid for 2 (two) years from the date of such issuance, after which they shall stand automatically lapsed and cannot be recovered.
Expiry of CheQ Points
Notwithstanding the foregoing, CheQ Points shall lapse upon cancellation of the Credit Card, or suspension or closure of the User's account by the Bank, and no claim shall lie against CheQ or the Bank in respect of any lapsed or expired points.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in case of cancellation from your end, You shall have the option to redeem the CheQ Points within 30 days, failing which such CheQ Points shall lapse automatically and shall not be recoverable under any circumstances, and no claim shall lie against CheQ in respect of such lapsed or expired points.
A comprehensive list of transaction categories excluded from CheQ Points accrual is set out in Schedule A to these Terms. In addition to the exclusions specified herein, Specific transaction categories may be excluded from rewards and are subject to periodic revisions based on the guidelines and mandates issued by the Bank and Card network provider i.e. Visa, RuPay, or such other networks.
The value and conditions applicable to CheQ Points redemption are set out in Clause 1.2 (refer to the Illustration) above.
Fuel Surcharge Waiver
Users shall be entitled to a 1% fuel surcharge waiver on eligible fuel transactions, subject to the following conditions:
The waiver shall apply only to transactions with a minimum value of ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred) and a maximum value of ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand) per transaction;
The aggregate waiver benefit shall be capped at ₹150 (Indian Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) per Billing Cycle; and
CheQ Points shall not be separately accrued on fuel transactions for which a surcharge waiver has been applied.
Fees
CheQ AU Credit Card (Visa):
Classic Card variant: No charges applicable
LED Credit Card variant: 999 plus applicable taxes (one-time card issuance fee)
CheQ AU Credit Card (Rupay): No charges applicable
A joining fee of Rs 499 (Indian Rupees Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine) will be levied, and an annual renewal fee of ₹499 (Indian Rupees Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine) shall be levied from the second year of Card membership. The annual renewal fee shall be waived off if the User’s total eligible spends during the preceding year exceed ₹3,00,000 (Indian Rupees Three Lakhs). For the purpose of computing eligible spends under this sub-clause, the following shall be excluded: financial charges, ATM withdrawals, and any other categories as may be specified by the Bank from time to time.
Welcome Benefits
New Users shall be entitled to a complimentary EazyDiner Prime membership valued at ₹695 (Indian Rupees Six Hundred and Ninety-Five) as a one-time welcome benefit, subject to activation within such period and on such terms as may be specified by CheQ in conjunction with EazyDiner from time to time. This benefit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and shall not apply to Users who already hold an active EazyDiner Prime membership at the time of Card issuance. CheQ reserves the right to substitute this benefit with a benefit of equivalent or greater value upon prior notice to Users.General
The User warrants that all benefits under this Agreement shall be applicable solely on Eligible Transactions undertaken for bona fide personal use and undertakes not to use the Credit Card for any resale, commercial, business, or profit-oriented purposes, or to engage in any activity intended to artificially or unjustifiably accrue CheQ Points, including but not limited to repetitive, non-genuine, collusive, circular, or structured transactions, or any transaction designed to circumvent or exploit the rewards framework. The User acknowledges and agrees that any such use, misuse, or abuse may result in forfeiture, reversal, or cancellation of accrued CheQ Points and suspension or termination of the Credit Card, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to CheQ or the Bank under applicable law or this Agreement.
CheQ Points will be credited to the User’s account within such timelines as communicated on the CheQ platform, following settlement of the relevant transaction by the merchant. In the event a transaction for which CheQ Points have been accrued is subsequently reversed, cancelled, or disputed, the corresponding CheQ Points shall be debited from the User’s account. In the event that CheQ Points are credited on a transaction that is subsequently identified as fraudulent by the Bank, such CheQ Points shall be automatically debited from the User’s account, and the User shall have no claim in respect thereof. All benefits set out herein are subject to the eligibility criteria and operational parameters determined by the Bank, including but not limited to the User’s credit standing and account status. For all matters relating to fees, charges, interest rates, billing cycles, and credit operations, Users are directed to the Bank’s MITC, accessible through the Bank’s website and the CheQ platform.
KEY TERMS AND BANK DOCUMENTS
The key terms and conditions applicable to the Credit Card, including but not limited to interest rates (APR), fees and charges, billing cycles, minimum amount due calculations, and other credit-related terms, are determined and disclosed by the Bank in the Schedule of Charges/KFS, MITC, Card Member Agreement and/or such other documents or communications issued by the Bank from time to time. Users are advised to review all such documents for complete and updated information. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and such Bank-issued documents, the terms specified by the Bank shall prevail.
USER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
The Credit Card User represents and warrants that all information, documents, and details provided by them on the CheQ platform and/or to the Bank are true, complete, accurate, and not misleading in any respect. Further, no material information has been withheld that may affect the issuance or usage of the Credit Card.
The User represents that they are competent to contract and have full legal capacity to enter into and perform their obligations under the Card arrangement, in accordance with applicable laws, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
The User acknowledges and agrees that all credit-related decisions, including approval, rejection, determination of credit limits, billing, and recovery, are undertaken solely by the Bank, and that CheQ does not undertake any lending or credit underwriting functions.
The User represents that their use of the Card and the CheQ platform shall be strictly for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including financial, anti-money laundering, and foreign exchange regulations, and shall not involve any prohibited or restricted transactions.
The User warrants that they shall not misuse the CheQ platform or the Credit Card by engaging in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities or by attempting to circumvent platform controls, reward mechanisms, or transaction monitoring systems, and any other willful misconduct.
The User represents and warrants that all information provided for AML, FATCA, and CRS purposes is true, accurate, and up to date. The User agrees to promptly notify CheQ and the Bank of any changes in such information, including changes in tax residency or citizenship status.
The User acknowledges that the rewards, benefits, and features available on the CheQ platform are subject to eligibility criteria, usage conditions, and limits, and agrees not to exploit or manipulate such systems, including through artificial, repetitive, or non-genuine transactions.
The User represents that they shall ensure timely payment of all dues in accordance with the terms prescribed by the Bank and acknowledges that failure to do so may result in interest, penalties, suspension of services, and reporting to credit bureaus.
The User expressly consents to the collection, use, storage, and sharing of their personal and financial data by CheQ and any authorized third parties for the purposes of onboarding, servicing, analytics, rewards, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, strictly in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines on co-branded credit cards, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and privacy policies.
The User warrants that they shall promptly notify CheQ of any unauthorized use, breach, or security incident relating to their account or the Credit Card and shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard their credentials and account access.
The User represents that they shall comply with all applicable terms, policies, and guidelines issued by CheQ in relation to the use of its platform, including any updates or modifications notified from time to time.
The User acknowledges that CheQ acts solely as a technology and facilitation partner and shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, or decisions of the Bank, including those relating to credit, billing, or enforcement.
The User agrees that any breach of the above representations and warranties may result in suspension or termination of access to the CheQ platform and associated benefits, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to CheQ or the Bank under applicable laws.
The User shall be responsible for safeguarding the Credit Card, its credentials, including but not limited to PIN, CVV, OTPs, and any other authentication credentials associated with the Credit Card, and shall ensure that the same are not disclosed, shared, or otherwise made accessible to any unauthorized person. The User agrees to immediately notify the Bank of any unauthorized use, loss, theft, or compromise of the Credit Card or related credentials, or any suspected fraudulent or suspicious transaction. The User shall take all reasonable steps to prevent misuse of the Credit Card and shall comply with all security protocols, advisories, and guidelines issued by the Bank and/or CheQ from time to time. CheQ shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the User’s failure to comply with the obligations set out herein.
CHEQ OBLIGATIONS
CheQ shall only act as a technology partner for the Credit Card and shall provide and maintain a robust digital platform to enable the Users' onboarding journey, engagement, bill payment functionalities, and rewards issuance and redemption.
CheQ shall facilitate a seamless and user-friendly interface for the Users to view, manage, and pay their eligible financial obligations, including Credit Card bills, through its platform, in accordance with the applicable laws.
CheQ shall design and administer the rewards, cashback, and any engagement framework associated with the Credit Card, including presentation, accrual, tracking, and redemption mechanisms. For the avoidance of doubt, all transaction-level processing, rewards accrual, and computation shall be undertaken solely by the Bank in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines, and CheQ shall rely only on data or outputs provided by the Bank for enabling such functionalities. CheQ shall not have access to or process raw transaction-level data, except as permitted under applicable law and expressly agreed with the Bank, subject to the terms agreed with the Bank and applicable regulatory guidelines.
CheQ shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory guidelines, including those relating to data protection, outsourcing, digital lending (as per Reserve Bank of India guidelines), and co-branded credit card arrangements.
CheQ shall provide customer support limited to platform-related queries, rewards, and user experience issues, and shall coordinate with the Bank for the resolution of Credit Card-related issues where required.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All the information, including but not limited to non-public business, pricing arrangements, User information, commercial, financial or operational information (“Confidential Information”) shall be used strictly for the purposes of performing obligations. In particular, CheQ shall ensure that any data, including User data shared with it, is used solely for enabling platform services, rewards administration, analytics, and Credit Card-related functionalities and not for any unauthorized or unrelated purposes. CheQ agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and shall not disclose, publish, or otherwise make available any Confidential Information to any third party other than for the purpose of facilitating the user experience on its platform.
CheQ may disclose Confidential Information:
to its employees, on a need-to-know basis, provided they are bound by confidentiality obligations;
to regulatory authorities, courts, or governmental bodies as required by applicable law; or
with the prior written consent of the User.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights (“IPRs”), including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, platforms, algorithms, and proprietary technology, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the respective owning Party. In particular, all rights, title, and interest in the CheQ platform, including its technology stack, user interface, rewards engine, and associated systems, shall vest exclusively with CheQ. CheQ shall have the right to use anonymized and aggregated user data for analytics, product improvement, and service enhancement purposes, provided that no personally identifiable information is disclosed without appropriate consent.
AML & FATCA COMPLIANCE
The User acknowledges and agrees that all transactions undertaken through the Credit Card and the CheQ platform shall comply with all applicable AML laws, including the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (“PMLA”) and rules framed thereunder, as well as applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”). Bank shall implement reasonable controls and monitoring mechanisms to detect and prevent suspicious or fraudulent activities, in coordination with CheQ. In the event the Bank finds any suspicious transaction in accordance with AML, it shall inform CheQ within 24 hours. CheQ reserves the right to limit the platform access and withhold any service on its platform, upon such intimation.
The User agrees to provide complete and accurate information for KYC and Customer Due Diligence (“CDD”) processes as required by the Bank. CheQ may facilitate the collection and transmission of such information. However, all verification, validation, and approval shall be undertaken solely by the Bank. The User acknowledges that failure to comply with KYC requirements may result in rejection, suspension, or termination of services.
CheQ reserves the right to monitor transactions conducted through its platform for the purposes of fraud detection, risk management, and regulatory compliance. In the event of identification of suspicious transactions, CheQ may, in coordination with the Bank, restrict access to certain platform features and share relevant information with the Bank and/or competent authorities as required under applicable law.
The User shall not use the Credit Card or CheQ’s platform for any activity that is unlawful, involves proceeds of crime, or is prohibited under applicable AML laws or regulatory guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, transactions involving money laundering, terrorist financing, or activities restricted under foreign exchange regulations. CheQ may block, suspend, or report such transactions without any prior notice.
The User agrees to comply with all requirements under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”) and the Common Reporting Standard (“CRS”), as applicable. The User shall provide all necessary declarations, documents, and information relating to tax residency, beneficial ownership, and foreign account status, as may be required by the Bank or regulatory authorities.
The User expressly consents to the sharing of information, including personal and transactional data, by CheQ with the Bank and relevant authorities for the purposes of AML compliance, FATCA/CRS reporting, and regulatory disclosures, in accordance with applicable laws.
CheQ solely acts as a technology and facilitation partner and does not undertake independent AML underwriting or regulatory reporting obligations as a financial institution. All primary compliance obligations, including reporting to regulatory authorities, shall rest with the bank. However, CheQ shall extend necessary cooperation and support to enable such compliance.
INDEMNITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CheQ and the Bank, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:
any breach of these terms and conditions by the User;
any misrepresentation, fraud, or provision of inaccurate or incomplete information by the User;
any misuse of the Credit Card or the CheQ platform, including use for unlawful or prohibited activities;
failure by the User to comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to anti-money laundering, foreign exchange, and taxation laws; or
any third-party claims arising due to the User’s actions, omissions, or negligence.
The User expressly acknowledges that CheQ is not the issuer of the Credit Card and does not undertake any lending, credit underwriting, billing, or recovery functions. Accordingly, CheQ shall not be liable for:
approval or rejection of the Credit Card application;
determination of credit limits, interest rates, fees, or charges;
billing errors, statements, or payment processing undertaken by the issuing bank; or
any action taken by the issuing bank in relation to suspension, cancellation, or recovery of dues.
In no event shall CheQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. CheQ shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or deficiency in services arising from third-party service providers, including but not limited to payment gateways, network providers, merchants, or the Bank.
DISCLAIMER
This Credit Card is issued solely by the Bank, and CheQ acts only as a technology, co-branding, and facilitation partner. CheQ does not undertake any lending, credit underwriting, billing, or recovery functions and shall not be construed as a financial institution or lender in respect of the Credit Card.
All decisions relating to approval or rejection of the Credit Card application, determination of credit limits, applicable interest rates, fees, charges, billing cycles, and recovery of dues are made solely by the Bank. CheQ does not influence or control such decisions and shall not be liable for the same.
The services and features provided by CheQ are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While CheQ endeavors to maintain accuracy, reliability, and availability of its platform, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects or delays.
CheQ shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:
system outages, technical failures, or disruptions;
delays or failures attributable to third-party service providers, including payment networks, merchants, or the Bank;
unauthorized access resulting from the User’s failure to safeguard credentials; or
any incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.
Any rewards, cashback, or benefits made available through the CheQ platform are subject to eligibility, verification, and applicable terms, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of CheQ and/or the Bank, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
Any financial insights, analytics, or recommendations provided on the CheQ platform are for information purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. The Users are advised to exercise independent judgment before making any financial decisions. All core transaction processing, credit issuance, billing, collections, and card operations are undertaken solely by the Bank. CheQ’s role is limited to providing a technology and facilitation platform and does not extend to any banking or credit operations.
CheQ shall not be liable for any disputes between the user and the Bank, merchants, or third parties, including disputes relating to transactions, billing, refunds, or service deficiencies.
All requests or actions relating to card management, including but not limited to card blocking, closure, reissuance, transaction disputes, or any changes to card status, shall be handled solely by the Bank. CheQ does not process or execute such requests and may only facilitate redirection of customers to the Bank’s designated channels for resolution.
The User acknowledges that use of the CheQ platform and the Credit Card is subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements, and CheQ shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from non-compliance by the User.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, CheQ expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, in relation to the platform and services.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These CheQ AU Credit Card Rewards Terms & Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with laws of India. By using the Services, you hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bangalore, India, in the event of any disputes arising out of or in relation to your access to and use of the Services.
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
CheQ shall endeavor to acknowledge all customer queries or complaints within a reasonable time and resolve the same within the timelines prescribed under applicable laws or internal policies, which may be updated from time to time.

For issues relating to credit card issuance, billing, interest, fees, disputes on transactions, recovery, or card management actions, including blocking, closure, reissuance, or changes to card status, the User shall directly approach the Bank’s customer care and grievance redressal mechanism at creditcard.support@aubank.in.
Without prejudice to the above, Users may, where applicable, escalate unresolved grievances relating to banking services to the appropriate regulatory forum, including the Banking Ombudsman under the RBI framework, in accordance with applicable laws.
CheQ shall maintain appropriate records of complaints received and resolved through its platform and shall cooperate with the Bank and regulatory authorities in relation to grievance handling and reporting.
In the event a grievance remains unresolved, or the User is dissatisfied with the response provided by CheQ, the User may escalate the matter to CheQ’s designated Grievance Redressal Officer (“GRO”), whose details are as follows:
