How to raise an IndusInd credit card complaint: step by step
Step 1 (Level 1): Submit your complaint
Call: 1860 267 7777, or the toll-free number 1800 266 0447 (from outside India: +91 22 6857 7777 or 022 4220 7777)
Email: Premium.care@indusind.com for credit card issues
Online: "Lodge a Complaint" or "Online Dispute Resolution" on IndusInd's grievance redressal page
Fraud: use "Report an unauthorised transaction" on the same page
Branch: any IndusInd branch
Note down your complaint number. IndusInd asks you to share it at every later level.
Step 2 (Level 2): Escalate to the Nodal Officer
If the resolution at Level 1 doesn't meet your expectations, escalate to IndusInd's Nodal Officer (Grievance Redressal Officer) for banking, cards and third-party products:
Email: nodal.officer@indusind.com
Online: "Lodge a Complaint" on the grievance page, quoting your previous complaint number
Post: Nodal Officer, IndusInd Bank, OPUS Center, 47, Central Road, Opp. Tunga Paradise Hotel, MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400093
Step 3 (Level 3): Escalate to the Principal Nodal Officer
If the resolution at Level 2 doesn't meet your expectations, escalate to IndusInd's Principal Nodal Officer:
Email: pno@indusind.com
Phone: (022) 6155 3705
Post: Principal Nodal Officer, IndusInd Bank, OPUS Center, 47, Central Road, Opp. Tunga Paradise Hotel, MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400093
Share every earlier complaint number and attach IndusInd's replies.
If IndusInd decides to reject your complaint fully or partly, RBI rules require its Internal Ombudsman to review it before the final reply. That happens inside the bank; you don't need to apply for it.
Step 4: Go to the RBI Ombudsman
If IndusInd hasn't resolved your complaint within 30 days, or you're not satisfied with its final reply:
Online: cms.rbi.org.in, where you can also track your complaint
Email: crpc@rbi.org.in
Help line (not for filing): 14448
Post: Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre (CRPC), Reserve Bank of India, 4th Floor, Sector 17, Chandigarh – 160017
You must file within 90 days of the bank's timeline expiring or its last reply, whichever is later. It's free, and you don't need a lawyer or an agent.
